Overview

Orvexall LLC provides professional digital marketing services. Refunds are handled according to the written agreement, proposal, or invoice accepted before service delivery begins.

Project-Based Services

For project-based work, payments may be refundable only before work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing. Once research, strategy, setup, creative work, or implementation has begun, fees for completed or committed work are generally non-refundable.

Ongoing Services

For ongoing management services, clients may cancel according to the notice period in their agreement. Fees already paid for completed work, active management periods, or committed resources are generally non-refundable.

Third-Party Costs

Advertising spend, software subscriptions, platform fees, and other third-party costs are not handled directly by Orvexall LLC unless expressly agreed. Third-party costs are subject to the policies of the relevant provider.
