Scope

This Refund Policy applies to professional service fees invoiced by Orvexall LLC for email marketing engagements under a written agreement with defined scope. It does not apply to the optional free company newsletter on this website.

How fees work

Client engagements are scoped and invoiced in writing before work begins. Payments are collected via bank transfer or approved payment platforms. Orvexall does not handle client funds or third-party payments directly.

Refunds after work begins

Once Orvexall has begun delivery of services within the agreed defined scope, fees for that engagement period are generally non-refundable. If an agreement is cancelled before work begins, unused prepaid fees may be refunded as described in the written agreement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Orvexall does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Fees pay for scoped work and delivery effort under the written agreement, not for particular results.
